The DuPage Library System called upon us to update their web site by developing a fresh new interface and navigational system.

First we tried to distinguish the redesigned site from the original site. Moving away from the pink textured look, we went with a clean looking main page which included a picture of the main building and a client side imagemap which served as links to sub pages.

For the sub pages, we employed frame technology and created a static table of contents in the left margin, while in the right side of the page, information was free to change.

Instead of a pale yellow background, we employed a conservative black and white scheme with maroon bullets to signify important information. As well, we added stylish textart to each page to label its heading.
